CalCerts™ (The HERS Provider) charges a transaction fee called a Certification Processing Fee for every HERS inspection.
This fee is separate from any charges by D&H Climate Control™.

Polices:
  • Certification Processing Fee is collected prior to any work being performed.
  • Certification for "passing" houses is provided immediately upon verification of test results.
  • All "Failing results " will be recorded as such and require re-testing once repairs have been effected.
  • All HERS inspections by D&H Climate Control™ are COD.
  • D&H Climate Control™ will make every reasonable effort to work with contractors to obtain passing results. However, time spent assisting a contractor to identify leak locations and waiting time are subject to additional charges at the rate of $80.00 per hour.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
Have your system checked for leaks because
if it doesn't heat you up or cool you down
it just blows.
